Truck Loading & Ticketing System with Automatic Record Keeping for Asphalt Plants
EZ-LOADER™ is a computerized system that supports truck scale, weigh batcher, and reverse weigh methods for loadout. The software is specifically designed to simplify and speed truck loading. The system can accommodate up to 500 customers, 500 trucks, 500 job orders, 99materials, and the last 5,000 tickets. It has the ability to recall to screen and reprint any ot those 50,000 tickets at any time, now or in the future. A menu-selection method is used to access data and provide maximum flexibility in data management. On-screen ticket is identical to the delivery ticket to make loading a truck easy. The system's interactive data handling helps fill in system known information and automatically logs new facts.
Includes monitor, computer, printer, keyboard, plant interface card, interconnect cables for the above and a front panel installed in cabinet and wired. A single digitizer A&D model AD-4323-01 is supplied.
