Truck Loading & Ticketing System with Automatic Record Keeping for Asphalt Plants
DIGI-LOADER™ is a computerized system that supports truck scale, weigh batcher, and reverse weigh methods for loadout. It can conrol up to 6 silos and 2 scales with multiple materials. The software is specifically designed to simplify and speed truck loading. The system can accommodate up to 500 customers, 500 trucks, 500 job orders, 99materials, and the last 50,000 tickets. It has the ability to recall to screen and reprint any ot those 50,000 tickets at any time, now or in the future. A menu-selection method is used to access data and provide maximum flexibility in data management. On-screen ticket is identical to the delivery ticket to make loading a truck easy. The system's interactive data handling helps fill in system known information and automatically logs new facts. DIGI-LOADER™ can work in unison and share common data with DIGI-BATCHER™ (an asphalt batch plant control and ticketing system) providing continuously updated common information. DIGI-LOADER™ is also fully compatible with the EZ-BLIND™ drum plant control.
The Cabinet Table-Top Model includes monitor, computer, printer, keyboard, plant interface card, interconnect cables for the above and a front panel installed in cabinet and wired. A scale digitizer (A&D model AD-4323-01 or AD-4316-01) is required, but not supplied.
