Volumetric, Weight Depletion, or Belt Scale Filler Control for Batch, Drum or Continuous Process Asphalt Plants.

EZ-FILLER™ can control weight depletion type, volumetric type or belt scale type silo delivery systems. The setup information required and calibration procedure varies with each type. A menu-driven method is used to managed necessary data and both plant and system parameters can be changed using this menu system. EZ-FILLER™ can be expanded to an EZ-BLEND™ plant at any time.

EZ-FILLER™ includes monitor, computer, software, keyboard, computer interface board with cable, and NEMA box with plant interface board for material filler control and monitoring.
