Volumetric Lime or Filler Control for Batch or Continuous Process Asphalt Plants
DIGI-FILLER™ I is compatible with most asphalt plants that employ discrete aggregate belt scales with 0-20 milli-amp signal indicative of 0-100% of wet aggregate flow. It also works with plant control systems that output 0-4 volts DC (or greater) signal to indicate 0-100% of dry (moisture compensated) aggregate flow. This systems single control board design eliminates the requirement of a factory trained technician to recalibrate when a plant is moved to a new location or if replacement is ever required. DIGI-FILLER™ I includes pre-wired operator panel with manual backup and control electronics in a 20"W x 16"H x 8"D cabinet.

DIGI-FILLER™ II is compatible with most asphalt plants that employ discrete aggregate belt scales with 0-20 milli-amp signal indicative of 0-100% of wet aggregate flow. It also works with plant control systems that output 0-4 volts DC (or greater) signal to indicate 0-100% of dry (moisture compensated) aggregate flow. DIGI-FILLER™ II is available in four sizes rated by maximum delivery rate (usable range of 10% to 100% of maximum).
DIGI-FILLER™ II single control board design eliminates the requirement of a factory trained technician to recalibrate when a plant is moved to a new location or if replacement is ever required. Recalibration is also not required when changing to a material of different feed characteristics.
DIGI-FILLER™ II includes pre-wired operator panel with manual backup mounted on 45 degree sloped face, control electronics and optionally a 2 HP DC motor speed control in a 24"W x 48"H x 18"D cabinet.
