Asphalt Plant Cold Feed Computer Control with Automatic Record Keeping.
EZ-FEED™ is a computerized aggregate cold feed control system for Drum, Batch or Continuous Mix asphalt plants. It can simultaneously control up to 12 cold feed bins and the software is specifically designed to perform "on the fly" sequential aggregate mix formula and/or TPH changes, including coordinated starts and stops. The system can handle up to 500 raw materials and 500 mix formulas (virtually unlimited numbers optionally). A menu-driven method is used to access data and to provide maximum flexibility in data management by pressing either a single letter, number, or using arrow keys to move to the desired topic. Both plant and system parameters can be changed using this menu system. The EZ-FEED™ can be supplied as a stand alone unit or integral part of EZ-BLEND™ or multi-tasked in the same computer with EZ-BATCHER™.
The standard features include monitor, computer, keyboard, disk drives, computer interface printed circuit board with 12' shield. cable, plant interface NEMA box with buffer printed circuit board and rails, 4 bin control printed circuit board, and 4 bin control software. A digital tach for each feeder controlled is required, but not supplied.
