DIGI-FEED™ I is designed for precise cold feed bin aggregate delivery control on continuous mix or drum mix plants that have scales on their virgin aggregate conveyer belt. DIGI-FEED™ I controls start/stop and ratio blending of up to six cold feed bins to exacting mix formulas. It should also be considered for batch plants running screenless.
DIGI-FEED™ I features a digital output single electronic control board that requires no field adjustment. This provides easy troubleshooting or replacement. Fully digital SCR feeder motor speed controls, that also require no field adjustment, provide accuracy of one RPM, at any speed, for exact aggregate blending.
DIGI-FEED™ I provides easy calibration in one minute or less per bin. The operator may store two easily entered aggregate mix designs enabling "on the fly" mix changes without interruption of plant operation. The unique alarm system warns if a feeder is over maximum, out of tolerance, or has a feed loss (and provides automatic shutdown, if required).
DIGI-FEED™ I includes operator panel pre-wired to the control electronics, digital DC motor speed controls and digital motor tachometers.
DIGI-FEED™ I Floor Standing model includes pre-wired operator panel on 45 degree sloped face, control electronics and complete true manual backup in a 24"W x 48"H x 18"D cabinet.
DIGI-FEED™ I Wall Mounted model includes pre-wired operator panel and control electronics in a 24"W x 20"H x 8"D cabinet.
Digi-Feed II
DIGI-FEED™ II is an inexpensive and reliable cold bin feeder control designed for batch plants. It can control start/stop and ratio blending of up to six bins. DIGI-FEED™ II can be installed on feeders with most DC or AC motor drives. Single electronics control board design provides easy troubleshooting or replacement.
DIGI-FEED™ II includes operator panel and control electronics pre-wired in a 14"H x 16"W x 6"D NEMA box.
