Anti-Strip Additive System for Drum or Continuous Mix Asphalt Plants
DIGI-ADD™ is an Anit-Strip additive system that provides both manual and automatic control. Automatic is calibrated for 0-1% selection of Liquid Asphalt flow and manual for 0-100% of pump motor speed. This unit has digital display of both gallons per minute and total gallons. Easy two wire hookup to most 1000 Pulse Per Gallon output liquid asphalt meters.
DIGI-ADD™ includes operator panel, control electronics and 2 HP maximum motor speed control pre-wired in a 12"H x 10"W x 6"D NEMA box. The included pump assembly has pump and 1/4 HP DC motor with tach all mounted on a channel iron frame.
