BSS-1 is a microprocessor based integrator that receives raw data information from the weighbridge loadcell and belt speed tachometer. It calculates the rate material is moving on the belt (TPH) and the total amount of material that has traveled on the belt in tons or tonnes, as calibrated. It outputs totalization pulses for driving remote counters and indicates rate to remote units via linear 4-20 ma or 0-20 ma current loop signal. The rate signal can be digital delayed, in one second selectable steps, up to 5 minutes. Including display and processing printed circuit boards in 12"H x 10"W x 4"D cabinet.
BSWB Belt Scale Weigh Bridge for 24, 30 or 36 inch conveyors. Accurate and rugged conveyor bridge that utilizes a single platform load cell to provide high capacity overload resistance and simple maintenance. Small "footprint" simplifies installation and minimizes conveyor modification.
BST-1 Belt Scale Tach is environmentally sealed to keep dirt and moisture out. Includes shaft mount kit.
