Basic Belt Scale Integrator
BASIC BELT SCALE INTEGRATOR is an integrator that receives the signals from the weighbridge loadcell and belt speed tachometer. It outputs 0-10 VDC to indicate rate.
BASIC BELT SCALE INTEGRATOR consists of a processing printed circuit board and power supply mounted on a NEMA panel.
BSI-1
BSI-1 is a microprocessor based integrator that receives the signals from the weighbridge loadcell and belt speed tachometer. It calculates the rate material is moving on the belt (TPH) and the total amount of material that has traveled on the belt in tons or tonnes, as calibrated. It outputs totalization pulses for driving remote counters and indicates rate to remote units via linear 4-20 ma or 0-20 ma current loop signal. The rate signal can be digitally delayed, in one second selectable steps, up to 5 minutes.
