Recycle Material Control
The Batch Plant RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL precisely controls recycle materials to obtain exact job specifications of the produced asphalt mix. RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL controls start/stop and rate recycled material based on virgin aggregate flow. It provides full automatic as well as true manual (backup) operation which is totally independent of the electronics. RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL is compatible with plants having virgin aggregate and recycle belt scales providing industry standard milli-amp output (0-20 ma).
RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL has single control board design which provides control functions usually handled by multiple circuit boards in other systems. The single control board's visual display features help a qualified plant electrician determine if the system is operating satisfactorily and provides clues as to what other equipment may have caused plant malfunction. RECYCLE MATERIAL CONTROL's design concept also eliminates the requirement of a factory trained technician to recalibrate if replacement is ever required.
