Our Process

At Combotronics, Inc. we want to save you money and help you get back to work. With that being said, we know you want the fastest turn-around possible, so we would like you to know what can help us, help you.

When you speak to one of our representatives, you will get a friendly answer, and tenacious appetite for getting you what you need. If we don't know the answer to your question off the top of our heads, we find it.

When you call or email us about a particular part, it could really help us to be on the same page with you. We get lots of parts in from all over the U.S. and many don't come with descriptions, or part numbers, or anything! You'd be surprised how often it happens!

To help you get back to making money, we are offering these few suggestions to get the process flowing smoother and faster:

1. When calling in about a part, see if you can find the manufacturer of that part, along with the part number. It will help us know exactly what you are talking about, or be able to find the information you are looking for a lot faster.
2. When sending in a part, include a simple printout of the Manufacturer, part number, serial number, or any other information about that part that you have. Or use our Technical Repair Sheet! This way, as soon as we open the box, we can input that into our system and get to work right away.
3. Make sure to include your shipping information somewhere either in or on the package. Even though we keep most companies' information on file, if you are new with us, or your information has changed, this is a sure-fire way to make sure we can get the part back to you as soon as we are through with it.
4. If you have any type of schematic, part break-down, manual, or other information about the part you will be sending in, please send us a copy, or book. If we do not already have that information, we will copy it and add it to our database, then send it back to you once we are finished with your equipment. This will help us build up our information so we can better serve you the next time.
5. If you have no time to make up a sheet for all this info, don't worry! We have a form you can fill out, just for this purpose! Using our Technical Repair Form will make everything easy for everyone! We get the info we need, and you save time.
